Are we busy doing or just being? Are we preocupied with the past, regrets and the future rather then the moment?

The frenetic pace in which we live in is not encouraging and our spirits starve and dry up. Rather then being touched by life and its simple pleasure and beauty we are needing more stimulation to satisfy us and addicted to what's next. And we complain of no time because we don't really know what to do with free time.

With the internet 's remarkable ease to bring info to your fingertips providing not much more then an escapist's solution to not being here now.

There is a part of you that exists without the busyness, tasks, goals. It is called the quiet time that you take to reaquaint with yourself.

Calm down, rest, become re-inspired without the chatter and the thinking will be done from a deeper and wiser you...

I am truly honoured to work with others on this path to healing pains and wounds and to get to understand the wiring of your body and mind through your body's language.

Martians may look at us and say we are human doings rather

then human beings. They may be not wrong.

We forgot this moment because we hurt from loves lost, we plan for other moments and we also run away from ourselves and others..so many things we do...

Our spirts starve for nurture and downtime but we may be stuck on external stimulation and addicted to what comes next. We are consumed with to do lists and with no time because we may have to face ourselves.

Be consumed by beauty & gratitude are signs that you are human.

BE satisfied with just being and doing nothing

Settle in, clear and become re- inspired without the noisy chatter.
