For the highest level of health you need to keep frequencies and cell vibrating higher. Personal level of happiness is the cornerstone of raising frequencies for health.

illness results when you are out of synch with frequencies

Illness resutls when cells, organs, systmes are out of alignment or body's frequencies are low.  Everything that exists has a resonating frequency around it and within it.  Molecules, cells, and organs are vibrating at a certain frequency.
