we took a long time to shape our shape to large & affect testosterones

And our health is affected. We cannot change eating habits overnight but we can change if we seek results and cannot find change within our own habits.

One fat rich meal will deplete testosterone one meal at a time. 

Those habits can worsen and anchor in our life and then it is harder to change them.

My advice is change a bit at a time.
